According to our sources, the first model to be launched based on the platform will be the new Tigor EV which is expected to have around 250-300 kms of range from a new battery pack.
The launch date has also been planned to be around Diwali this year.
Our sources also tell us that Tata is already testing the prototypes inside the premises of their Sanand plant with road-testing to be commenced very soon.
The next model in the new “Challenger” series after the Tigor EV will be the Altroz EV which can be expected to launch by the end of 2022.
