TVS has launched a new variant of its 125cc scooter, the Ntorq 125 called the XT. It gets many new features and is positioned above the Race Edition XP variant.
The TVS Ntorq 125 XT’s most notable feature is the dual TFT+LCD displays that introduce a host of new functions as a part of the new SmartXtalk technology.
Some of these include a first-of-its-kind voice assistant, social media updates and notifications, weather warnings, live AQI and even tracking of food delivery status! Additionally it can also show live sports scores, news, traffic time, navigation etc. as a part of the 60+ features TVS has integrated into the system.
Other changes include a lighter and sportier alloy wheel design and a neon green paintjob. It remains unchanged mechanically and is powered by a 124.8cc single cylinder engine making 6.9 kW of power at 7,000 rpm and a peak torque output of 10.5 Nm at 5,500 rpm from a fuel injected system. TVS has also offered the IntelliGO technology with a silent stop-start system.
The new TVS Ntorq 125 XT has been priced at Rs. 1.03 Lakhs (Ex-showroom Delhi) and competes with rivals such as the Suzuki Avenis and Honda Grazia 125.
