In terms of features, global models come with powered, heated and ventilated front seats, driver seat memory function, dual zone climate control, wireless phone charging, a panoramic sunroof and a powered tailgate. There is also a tyre pressure monitoring system and a full ADAS suite for added safety and convenience.

That said, these details are based on the international spec version. The India spec X6 M60i is expected to be similarly equipped, but the final feature list will only be confirmed at launch.

BMW X6 M60i – Powertrain and Performance

Powering the X6 M60i is BMW’s S68 4.4 litre twin turbo V8 petrol engine paired with a 48V mild hybrid system. In global spec, this setup produces 523 hp and 750 Nm of torque, giving it serious performance credentials. The engine is paired with an 8 speed automatic gearbox that sends power to all four wheels through BMW’s xDrive all wheel drive system.

BMW claims a 0 to 100 kmph time of 4.3 seconds along with an electronically limited top speed of 250 kmph.

The global version also comes with rear wheel steering, an electronically controlled rear differential and M Sport brakes with four piston front and single piston rear calipers, all of which improve handling and stopping power.

That said, these specifications are based on the international spec model. Final engine tuning, equipment and performance related details for the India spec version will only be confirmed at launch.

The X6 M60i is aimed at buyers who want something more distinctive than a regular luxury SUV. It is not just about practicality, it is about design, performance and presence. Being a CBU, it will sit at the higher end of the segment.

Because for many of us, Ferrari was never just about numbers or technology. I really feel sad for the kids of today. All of us grew up with posters of Ferraris that slowly transitioned into phone wallpapers, laptop screensavers and shelves full of scale models. We have had absolute greats. From my father’s era in the 80s and 90s with the F40 and F50, to my childhood where the Enzo, La Ferrari and the 458 Italia defined what a dream car looked and sounded like.

Ferrari did experiment, it’s not like they didn’t. You had the Ferrari FF and the GTC Lusso. In my opinion, the world’s most expensive and most powerful hot hatchbacks. They were different, they were controversial, but they still felt like Ferraris. They still had that soul.

There would be school lunch arguments defending Ferrari. You would pick a brand like Ferrari and absolutely stick up for them like they were your own. My father, funnily, used to and still does critique me by saying no brand is giving you a gold medal to defend them. But that raging 14 year old enthusiast didn’t care.

Because Ferrari was never just a brand. It was emotion. And that’s exactly why this hurts. Let’s get one thing straight. This is not hate because it is an electric vehicle. The world is changing, and even the most passionate enthusiast understands that. Yes, Ferrari means an absolutely mental red supercar that screams at 9000 rpm, but beyond the noise, it was about how it made you feel. That red supercar looked special. It was something you would cut out of magazines and stick into scrapbooks. Something you would draw in school projects when asked to sketch your dream car.

You didn’t need to afford it to love it. That’s where the new Ferrari Luce misses the point. On paper, it’s everything you would expect from a modern Ferrari. Insane power figures, futuristic tech, and performance that will probably rewrite what we think an EV can do. And yes, there are people who have accepted it. A new generation of buyers who see this as Ferrari stepping into the future. Some even admire the boldness. The willingness to break away from tradition.

And to an extent, that acceptance makes sense. Ferrari as a business has to evolve, regulations are tightening, cities are changing, and electrification is inevitable. For someone buying their first Ferrari today, the Luce might feel like the right product at the right time.

But for the enthusiast, the problem is deeper. This doesn’t feel like a Ferrari you dream about. It doesn’t have that instant poster appeal. It doesn’t stop you mid sentence when you see it. It doesn’t make a kid look at it and go, “one day, I’ll have that.” It feels distant. Almost disconnected from what made Ferrari special in the first place.

Look at how Rolls Royce approached electrification with the Spectre. It worked because it stayed true to what Rolls Royce stands for. Silent, effortless luxury translated perfectly into an electric form. It didn’t feel like a compromise.

The Luce, on the other hand, feels like Ferrari trying to redefine itself without fully understanding what parts of its identity needed to stay untouched. Because Ferrari was never only about speed or numbers. It was about theatre. Drama. That spine chilling sound. The curves that made no sense but somehow looked perfect. The idea that even if you never owned one, you were still part of that dream. And that’s why people are angry.

Not because it’s electric. But because it feels like that dream has been diluted. I don’t even have the money to afford a Ferrari. One would argue I shouldn’t be talking about this. But Ferraris have never only been for the people who buy them. They have always been for that kid looking at it from a distance, or on TV, or as a tiny scale model. The kid who believes that one day, somehow, life might align and he or she might have one of their own.

That belief matters.

And right now, the Ferrari Luce doesn’t carry that belief forward. Maybe time will change opinions. Maybe seeing it in the real world, in the right spec, on the right road, might make it grow on people. Ferrari has earned that benefit of doubt over decades. But today, standing here as an enthusiast, it just doesn’t feel right. This is not the Ferrari we grew up loving and more importantly, it doesn’t feel like the Ferrari the next generation will fall in love with.

Ferrari chose to step outside its own design studio and collaborate with LoveFrom, a creative collective known for its work in the luxury and tech space. The idea was to bring a fresh perspective and rethink what a Ferrari could look like in the electric age.

What stands out immediately is the clean, almost minimal approach. The surfaces are smooth, uninterrupted, and shaped heavily by aerodynamic needs. The glasshouse is a key highlight, extending lower than usual and giving the car a shell-like appearance. Floating aerodynamic wings at the front and rear frame the silhouette, adding to the functionality.

This new architecture has allowed Ferrari to package four doors and five seats without compromising the proportions too much. The design feels simple at first glance, but there’s a lot going on beneath that simplicity. Even the lighting has been integrated neatly, with transparent panels that blend into the bodywork when switched off. The halo-style tail lamps take inspiration from classics like the 360 Modena and 458 Italia.

The Honda ZR-V’s interior is flanked by the dashboard and is equipped with a free standing 9-inch touchscreen and a fully digital 10.2 -inch instrument cluster. Materials include soft touch surfaces and black leather upholstery.

Other features include dual zone climate control, powered front seats with memory function for the driver seat and a powered tailgate with handsfree function. The Honda ZR-V powertrain uses a 2.0 litre petrol hybrid system paired with a dual motor setup and e CVT transmission. The combined output stands at 184 PS and 315 Nm. The system can operate in electric, hybrid and engine modes depending on conditions. Drive modes include normal, sport and eco. Claimed fuel efficiency is 22.79 kmpl. The SUV also gets three drive modes, “Sport, Econ and Normal”.

Honda City Facelift – Exterior Design

The exterior design of the City facelift sees a noticeable refresh, especially at the front. It now features a sharper fascia with a new grille design that integrates a sleek light bar, giving it a more modern identity. The new blade style LED headlamps with bi LED projectors add to the premium look, while the redesigned bumper enhances its sporty stance.

At the rear, the City facelift gets updated Z shaped LED tail lamps with a clear lens finish and a revised bumper with a matrix mesh pattern. A subtle trunk lip spoiler further adds to the sporty appeal. The new dual tone 16 inch diamond cut alloy wheels and the addition of a fresh crystal black pearl shade complete the exterior updates of the Honda City facelift.

On the inside, the Honda City facelift largely retains its familiar layout but adds key upgrades that aim to improve and comfort and practicality. The inclusion of ventilated front seats makes the City facelift is the first for the City. Honda City Facelift – Powertrain Options 

In terms of powertrain, the City facelift continues with its proven 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 121 hp and 145 Nm of torque, paired with either a 6 speed manual or a CVT automatic. Fuel efficiency stands at 17.77 kmpl for the manual and 17.97 kmpl for the CVT. The strong highlight remains the hybrid version, which combines a 1.5 litre petrol engine with dual electric motors to deliver a combined output of around 126 hp and excellent efficiency of 27.26 kmpl.

Safety continues to be a strong focus in the City facelift, especially with the inclusion of Honda Sensing on higher variants. This suite of advanced driver assistance systems includes features like collision mitigation braking, adaptive cruise control with low speed follow, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, road departure mitigation, lead car departure notification and automatic high beam assist. The City is also equipped with 6 airbags standard from the base variant.

Most recently, Mercedes Benz also launched the CLA electric in India last month, expanding its electric portfolio further. Prices for the GLE and GLS Night Edition start at Rs 1.05 crore and Rs 1.41 crore respectively, ex showroom.

The GLE and GLS Night Edition stand out with their black themed exterior treatment that gives both SUVs a sharper and more aggressive presence. Key design elements such as the grille, alloy wheels and trim pieces feature a darkened finish, setting them apart from the standard versions.

These models are offered in two colour options, Obsidian Black and Alpine Grey. The Alpine Grey shade is exclusive to the Night Edition, further enhancing its appeal. The SUVs are offered with the “AMG Line” styling kit, which inlcude AMG line bumpers and alloy wheels.

Inside, the GLE and GLS Night Edition receive notable upgrades aimed at improving cabin ambience. Both SUVs feature black Nappa leather upholstery along with Anthracite open pore oak wooden trim, giving the interior a more premium and cohesive look.

A Head Up Display is now standard on both models, improving driver convenience. The GLE Night Edition also gets air suspension, where the GLE 300d now receives air suspension, while the GLE 450 has always been equipped with air suspesnion. In comparison, the standard non Night Edition GLE 300d continues with a conventional coil suspension setup. This addition aims to improve ride comfort and add to the overall refinement.

Apart from these updates, the overall layout remains unchanged with dual 12.3 inch touchscreen and  digital display, electric seats in 1st and 2nd row, Burmester speaker system, panoramic sunroof, front heated and ventilated seats and more. The Night Edition focuses on improving the experience rather than altering the design.

Mercedes-Benz GLE and GLS Night Edition – Powertrain Options

The GLE and GLS Night Edition continue with the existing range of petrol and diesel engines. The GLE is available with a 300d diesel and a 450 petrol engine, while the GLS is offered with 450 petrol and 450d diesel variants.

All versions come paired with a 9 speed automatic transmission and the brand’s 4MATIC all wheel drive system. The GLE 300d produces 265 hp and 550 Nm, while the GLE 450 delivers 375 hp along with 500 Nm of torque. On the GLS, the 450 petrol produces 375 hp and 500 Nm, while the 450d diesel generates 362 hp and 750 Nm of torque.

Mercedes-Benz GLE and GLS Night Edition – Price

The GLE Night Edition is priced at Rs 1.05 crore for the 300d variant and Rs 1.14 crore for the 450 variant, ex showroom. The GLS Night Edition is priced at Rs 1.41 crore for the 450 petrol and Rs 1.43 crore for the 450d diesel, ex showroom.

Up front, the SUV features a bold grille with vertical slats finished in piano black, flanked by sleek LED headlamps and integrated DRLs. The absence of fog lamps keeps the design clean and minimal. From the side, the ZR V gets a slightly coupe inspired silhouette rather than a completely upright SUV stance, adding a sporty touch. The global model comes with 18 inch diamond cut alloy wheels, though final India specifications will only be confirmed at launch.

This also marks Tata Motors’ third launch of the year, following the introduction of the ICE Punch facelift first, and the Punch EV facelift as the second launch earlier in 2026.

Tata Tiago Facelift – Exterior Design Updates

The Tata Tiago facelift brings a noticeable refresh to the exterior design while retaining the familiar silhouette of the outgoing model. The biggest changes are concentrated at the front, where the hatchback now gets a completely redesigned fascia inspired by Tata’s latest design language. A sharper grille, sleeker headlamps, and a more sculpted bumper give the car a modern and aggressive stance.

At the rear, the highlight is the addition of a connected tail-lamp setup, a trend increasingly seen across Tata’s newer models. This gives the Tiago a more premium and contemporary look, aligning it with the brand’s evolving design language.
