2025 TVS Raider Super Squad Edition Expands Line-Up with New Superhero Themes : Check Details

TVS Motorcycles has expanded its TVS Raider Super Squad Edition line-up, this time with two new design themes inspired by Marvel’s Deadpool and Wolverine. The Super Squad Edition was first launched in 2023 with Iron Man and Black Panther editions, the Super Squad concept quickly gained popularity among younger buyers looking for motorcycles that stand out.

With the new additions, TVS is reinforcing its collaboration with Marvel, making the Raider one of the few 2-wheelers in India with licensed superhero styling. Superhero themed automobilia seem to be on the rise in India, most recently Mahindra launched the BE 6 Batman Edition which is inspired from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy.

TVS Raider Super Squad Edition – Design

The design upgrades include bold decals, graphics, and bodywork detailing that reflect the marvel characters of Deadpool and Wolverine. You get stickers inspired from the iconic marvel comic and movie characters. There is a special paint scheme on offer which is specific to these new super squad editions. The wolverine variant is finished in a shade of bluish-grey with yellow Wolverine accents. Meanwhile the Deadpool variant is keeping up the characters theme is finished in a shade of black with red Deadpool stickering.

TVS Raider Super Squad Edition – Engine and Performance

Underneath the new styling, the TVS Raider Super Squad Edition continues to feature the same 124.8 cc, 3-valve engine that produces 11.75 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. TVS also claims a 0 to 60 kmph acceleration of just 5.8 seconds.

The addition of iGO assist with Boost Mode, TVS claims it enhances throttle response particularly useful during quick overtakes or urban sprints. At the same time, TVS has retained its Glide Through Technology (GTT), which allows smooth low-speed riding without constant clutch input. This combination of features ensures that while the Raider may look playful in its superhero avatars, it does not compromise on practical everyday usability.

TVS Raider Super Squad Edition – Technology

In line with TVS’s push towards connected features, the TVS Raider Super Squad Edition comes equipped with a reverse LCD digital cluster that offers more than 85 connected features. This includes ride statistics, fuel economy tracking, and smartphone connectivity for navigation and notifications. While these are features increasingly seen in higher displacement motorcycles, their presence in a 125cc commuter bike widens the Raider’s appeal among tech-savvy riders. You also get three distinct riding modes, boost, power and eco.

TVS Raider Super Squad Edition – Suspension and Ride Dynamics

Suspension duties are handled by telescopic front forks and a 5-step adjustable monoshock at the rear, tuned for both comfort and agility. Braking is managed by a disc-drum combination with 240mm disc and 130mm drum, with CBS (Combined Braking System) enhancing safety. While the chassis remains unchanged from the standard Raider, the Marvel-inspired editions carry forward the same dynamics and ride.

The TVS Raider Super Squad Edition is priced at ₹99,465 (ex-showroom Delhi). With the addition of Deadpool and Wolverine variants, the Raider line-up now offers four superhero-inspired designs.
