The Mercedes AMG A45 S Aero Track Edition stands out with a strong focus on aerodynamics. It gets a larger front splitter, added flics, and a fixed rear wing finished in high gloss black. These elements are not just for styling but are designed to improve high speed stability and control. The rear also features airflow elements and a revised diffuser to manage air better at speed.
The Night Package adds more blacked out elements across the car including mirror housings, window trims, and exhaust tips. The car rides on 19 inch forged alloy wheels finished in black with red brake callipers, giving it a sharp and aggressive look. The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.9 seconds, making it one of the quickest hatchbacks on sale. The top speed is rated at 270 kmph. The aerodynamic additions are aimed at improving stability when pushing the car at higher speeds.

In terms of rivals, the Mercedes AMG A45 S Aero Track Edition competes with performance hatchbacks and entry level sports cars in a similar price bracket.
