  • Powered by 1.5L turbo-petrol
  • New Matte Grey colour

Hyundai Creta N-Line; what’s new

Most of the changes with the N-Line Creta are mostly cosmetic. At the front there is now a new bumper with a larger grille spanning across the width of the car. Then there is the new larger faux skid plate with red accents on the side which gives it a more aggressive stance. Hyundai will also offer the it in a new Thunder Blue colour along with a Matte Grey shade as well. Towards the side we can see 18 inch alloy wheels, red brake calipers, an N-Line badge, a red accent running across the bottom. The signature silver trim above the doors and on the C pillar has also been blacked out here along with the roof rails.

Towards the rear, you now have a large rear spoiler finished in black along with a new, sportier bumper with red accents and a new faux diffuser. It also features functional dual-exhaust tips.

Moving on inside, it gets an all-black treatment for the cabin. You have black leatherette seats with red stitching, red accents on the dashboard and vents along with the N-Line exclusive steering wheel. Just like other N-Lines the gear lever is also of the sportier nature along with the presence of  brushed aluminium pedals. The ambient lighting is also now present in a red colour. Besides this, there are no changes in the equipment list.

Under the hood, the N-Line gets powered by the same 1.5L T-GDI turbo-petrol making 160HP and 253NM torque. This can be had with a 7 speed DCT automatic transmission or a newly-introduced 6 speed manual transmission. While power figures remain the same, Hyundai says it has made the suspension stiffer and the steering sharper to give the N-Line better handling. There is also a new slightly louder exhaust system to go with the sporty theme.
