BMW India has launched the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro in India at ₹74.5 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV will be locally manufactured at BMW’s Chennai facility, with bookings now open online and at authorised dealerships. Deliveries are expected to begin shortly, and the model will compete with rivals such as the Mercedes-Benz GLC, Audi Q5, Lexus NX and Volvo XC60. This variant sits at the top of the X3 lineup and commands a premium of ₹3.3 lakh over the base X3 20 xDrive.
BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro – Exterior Design
The SUV is available in Brooklyn Grey Metallic, Dune Grey Metallic, Alpine White, Individual Tanzanite Blue and Black Sapphire Metallic. Exterior updates include an illuminated kidney grille, larger 20-inch alloy wheels with M Sport brakes and red callipers, and the M Sport Professional package.

Rear design highlights include split L-shaped LED tail-lamps, a gloss-black diffuser and a roof spoiler. The BMW X3’s front fascia is dominated by the illuminated glow kidney grille, flanked by sleek LED headlamps that integrate neatly into the front bumper to enhance overall road presence. The M Sport Professional package is also expected to add sport-focused styling elements that further differentiate this variant from the standard model.

Inside, the X3 continues with features offered on other variants, including a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, head-up display, 15 speaker Harman Kardon sound system, wireless charging, panoramic sunroof, powered tailgate and powered, ventilated front seats with memory function.

Safety equipment includes eight airbags, Dynamic Stability Control with Cornering Brake Control, Attentiveness Assistance, electronic parking brake with auto hold, side-impact protection, an electronic immobiliser with crash sensor and child seat mounting points.
BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro – Powertrain
Powering the X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine producing 258 hp and 400 Nm, paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and BMW’s all-wheel-drive system. The setup includes a 48V mild-hybrid system, enabling a claimed 0–100 kph time of 6.3 seconds and fuel efficiency of 14.61 kpl. In comparison, the X3 20 xDrive produces 190 hp and 310 Nm, marking an increase of 68 hp and 90 Nm of torque in the X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro.
