Venue is the second product to get the Knight Edition after Creta

Hyundai has launched the Venue Knight Edition at a price of Rs. 9.99 Lakhs (Ex-showroom). It becomes the second SUV in Hyundai’s lineup to receive the same after the Creta. Changes are restricted to cosmetics only and it continues with 1.2L and 1.0L engines under the hood.
Hyundai Venue Knight Edition: What’s changed
Just like the Creta, the Venue Knight Edition also gets cosmetic changes only. It comes with an option of Abyss Black paint with brass coloured inserts. The alloy wheels are now blacked out with the front ones also getting a unique brass accent. The front grille and the logo also features a blacked out treatment as opposed to the chrome on the standard variants. The roof rails, ORVMs and the shark-fin antenna come finished in black while the brake calipers are finished in red for a sportier look.
Inside, the theme continues with an all-black theme. Just like the exteriors, there are brass coloured inserts here as well along with the seat piping and a blacked out Hyundai logo on the steering wheel. In terms of features, the only difference is the addition of dual dashcam and an auto-dimming IRVM while rest of it remains the same.
Hyundai Venue Knight Edition Powertrain
Under the hood, the Venue Knight Edition gets no changes and is offered only with petrol engines while the diesel is restricted to regular variants. The lower variants get the 1.2L NA petrol making 83HP and 114NM. A 5 speed MT does the transmission duties on this engine. The 1.0L turbo-petrol on the other hand makes 120HP and 172NM of torque. Here, there is an option of a 6 speed MT or a 7 speed DCT automatic transmissions. Notably, Hyundai is not offering the iMT technology with the Venue Knight Edition.
Hyundai Venue Knight Edition Price, Variants
Hyundai is offering the Venue Knight Edition in 7 variants. The detailed pricelist is attached below. 4 colours are offered with the Venue Knight Edition- Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Gray, Fiery Red. A dual tone option is also available with the Fiery Red with the roof finished in Abyss Black.
