Mahindra Scorpio-N – Segment Positioning and Rivals

The Scorpio-N continues to occupy a unique position in the segment, with no direct ladder-frame rivals in its price bracket. However, it remains in close competition with its long-standing rival, the Tata Safari, which received a facelift last year and now also offers ADAS. Other monocoque competitors include SUVs like the MG Hector Plus, Hyundai Alcazar and even its sibling the XUV700. From the higher D-segment the Mahindra Scorpio-N locks horns with the Toyota Fortuner.
