Mahindra & Mahindra has introduced the XUV700 Ebony Edition in India, available exclusively in the top-spec AX7 and AX7 L variants. Pricing begins at ₹19.64 lakh for the petrol manual version and goes up to ₹24.14 lakh for the AX7 L diesel automatic (ex-showroom). Compared to its standard counterpart, this special edition costs ₹15,000 more. Customers can book the SUV online or at authorized dealerships, with deliveries expected to commence soon.
Exterior Upgrades
The Ebony Edition stands out with its deep, glossy black paint finish, branded as “Stealth Black” by Mahindra. It rides on 18-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels, now finished in gloss black, maintaining the original design. Unique “Ebony” badging on the front fenders and tailgate enhances its exclusivity, while silver scuff plates on both bumpers add a contrasting touch. With this addition, the XUV700 is now available in eight monotone and five dual-tone color options.
Interior Enhancements
Inside, the cabin is decked out in an all-black theme, featuring Ebony black leatherette upholstery with white stitching. Silver trim highlights the center console and door panels, complemented by a light grey roof liner and dark chrome accents on the air vents, steering-mounted controls, and gear console. In terms of features and safety, the Ebony Edition mirrors the standard AX7 and AX7 L trims.
